Digital - Melba Culp's audio distribution is handled by TuneCore (a Believe company) and music video distribution is handled by Symphonic Distribution. If you actively work for either of the companies or their related entities, we kindly ask that you pursue any and all potential opportunities for these assets and inform us of any special programs that Melba Culp may take advantage of.

Physical - Melba Culp currently handles physical distribution internally with sales limited to online orders originating from the United States and is interested in expanding physical distribution. Transactional - Melba Culp is actively seeking to develop a long-term relationship with a transactional music lawyer and is interested in exploring working with a music lawyer who can also serve in a co-managerial role. Melba Culp is currently self-managed and open to exploring a co-management partnership with an artist manager.

Melba Culp is actively searching for music marketing professionals/companies to work with. Melba Culp's full-length album "A Darkened Rose" is due September 6th, 2024 and we ask that you get in touch as soon as possible if you are interested in working on this release.

The ideal marketing professional/company would specialize in making a big impact with a small budget and with consideration of how the marketing efforts align with the artist's long-term vision. For operations that require a larger budget (with a track record of producing stellar results), we are open to exploring profit shares and other ways to achieve great results with a small up-front budget.

Bio

Melba Culp is an American rock and metal band known for its cinematic and theatrical elements. Formed in Austin, TX in 2015 by vocalist and multi-instrumentalist Jack McConnell, the band released its debut single "Never Surrender" in 2019. The thrash-inspired tune vowed rebellion against the world's empires. However, upon defeating the last of the evil empires, the temptation of power proved too much for the band leader. 

In June 2024, Jack McConnell of Melba Culp crowned himself king and announced a new vision for the band (or lack thereof, after the execution of his bandmates). With the release of its debut album A Darkened Rose, Melba Culp now seeks to take peasant listeners on a journey to celebrate the dark side of humanity and excellence of the ruling class.
